Orders

  • Orders with Spider Display can be placed by email, phone or fax;
  • Spider Display does not have a minimum order value; however some items may be subject to a minimum order quantity
  • Custom Manufactured orders are subject to a minimum order quantity; this minimum will vary depending on item or manufacturing process and will be advised on the quotation
  • Product Samples are available and may be subject to a charge. Samples are shipped out on the customer carrier account
  • Prototypes are subject to a charge and are pre-paid by company cheque

Payment Terms

  • Credit Terms are available with Spider Display, subject to receipt of a credit application and credit approval. (Download our credit application here)
  • Payment Terms with Spider Display are Net 30 days, from date of invoice with approved credit
  • New Accounts or accounts without credit terms are pre-paid by company cheque
  • Custom manufactured orders are subject to a 50% deposit prior to commencing with production
  • All sales are final

Shipping

  • Unless otherwise noted all shipments are FOB: Our warehouse location in Toronto, ON
  • Our default shipping provider for small packages is UPS or Spider Display. A customer may also choose to ship on their own carrier account. If applicable, all shipping charges will be added to the invoice
  • Drop shipping to multiple locations is available and will be subject to a handling charge. Customer is to provide a destination listing to include locations and quantities

Cancellation, Damage & Returns

  • All shipments should be inspected, upon receipt for damages and shortages. If the shipment is damaged and was shipped collect, please contact your carrier immediately
  • Claims for damage or product shortage must be received within 3 business days of product receipt. Visual proof of damage and packing may be required
  • Spider Display can only assist with claims against damage or breakage shipped to the original destination only. We do not guarantee product that is repacked or reshipped to additional locations
  • Spider Display does not offer re-stocking of products unless customer participates in the customer stocking program, in which case returns must be reported in writing and be made within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any shipping charges incurred to return the product is the responsibility of the customer
  • Order cancellations will be reviewed and the customer may incur costs associated with the production and fulfilment of the order

Custom Orders

  • Custom parts are any that are custom manufactured specifically for a customer, standard products altered in any way, profile extrusions that are cut to size
  • Custom produced/printed items are subject up to a 10% overage on quantities ordered and will be invoiced accordingly
  • Custom cut lengths are subject to a variation of +/- 1/8”
  • Custom manufactured orders are subject to a 50% deposit
  • Custom orders require a formal purchase order and sign off approval on product or drawing
